In November, the Chinese smartphone company Xiaomi launched its two smartphones a named the Redmi Y1 and the Redmi Y1 Lite. Well, both the devices have been received more popularity. Both the devices have been received a good sales records. The flash sale of the two devices has started and are now available in the online retailer’s sites like Amazon India and Flipkart. The devices are also available at Xiaomi’s offline retail stores across the country.
Coming to the features and specifications, both the devices come with 13.97 centimeters (5.5-inch) capacitive touchscreen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 267 PPI pixel density. The Redmi Y1 comes with a 13MP primary camera with 5 element lens, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF supported and 16MP front-facing camera. The device runs on Android v7.1.2 Nougat operating system with MIUI 9 and powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 quad-core processor. It offers 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory which is expandable up to 128GB. The device is backed by a 3080mAH lithium-polymer battery.
The Redmi Y1 Lite comes with a 13MP primary camera with five-element lens, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF supported and 5MP front-facing camera.
It has Android v7.1.2 Nougat operating system and MIUI 9. Under the hood, it carries a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor and comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory. The storage can be expanded up to 128GB. The device gets power from a 3080mAH lithium-polymer battery.

Coming to their prices, the Redmi Y1 with 3GB RAM and 32 GB ROM variant is priced at Rs. 8,998 and the Redmi Y1 Lite with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM carries a price tag of Rs. 6,999.
