The Korean smartphone maker Samsung will soon introduce its four upcoming new smartphones. Recently, a leaked report just informed that Samsung would introduce the Galaxy A8 (2018) and the Galaxy A8+ (2018) at CES 2018. On the other side, Samsung Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+ will be launched at Mobile World Congress 2018.
A Korean publication has just revealed information which shows the actual announcement date of the two devices. As per the report, Samsung’s event will be held on 27th February. The MWC event will be held on 26th February in Barcelona and continue till 1st March. The
Various leaked information had given some idea about the specifications and features of the devices. As per the report, both the devices will have a 5.8 inch (Galaxy S9) and 6.2 inch Super (Galaxy S9+) AMOLED display which is called as infinity display. It is expected that the devices will have the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor which is developed with 10-nanometer fabrication techniques. The Galaxy S9+ would give more RAM space may come with a 6GB vs. 4GB of RAM. The device will come with a dual rear camera set up. Both the upcoming devices will have a 64 GB of internal storage and a Micro SD card slot to expand the storage capacity. Samsung may give 3.5mm audio jack on the two devices.
The Galaxy S9 will run on Android Oreo and may come with a 4 GB of RAM. The device will come with upgraded IRIS scan technology. Both the devices will not come with under display fingerprint scanner. A recently leaked report had informed that the company had moved the fingerprint scanner below the camera. The Galaxy S9 will have the 3.5mm audio jack, the iris scanner, USB type-C port and more.It is said the Samsung will use heat pipes in the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9 Plus to keep mobile cooler while doing multitasking.
