Oppo F5 Youth, a lower version of the Oppo F5 had launched in the Philippines in November 2017. Then it came to know that on 8th December it will be launched in India. Oppo India also Twitted this though it’s official Twitter page a few days back. Following this, Oppo has launched the Oppo F5 Youth in India, and the device carries a price tag of Rs. 16,990. As per the report, the device will be available in both online and offline from today. The device comes with an 18:9 aspect ratio display like the Oppo F5 has and also looks like the Oppo F5, but the device has some differences if compared with the specifications of the two devices.

The smartphone has a 6 inch LTPS TFT display and gives FHD+ resolution, i.e., 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution, and the aspect ratio is 18:9. The Oppo F5 has an Helio P23 MediaTek MT6763T Octa-Core processor. The device offers 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded further up to 256 GB by using a Micro SD card.
Coming to its camera configuration, on the rear side the device carries a 13 MP camera and gives f/2.2 aperture, and on the front, it has a 16MP camera and gives f/2.0 aperture.
If compared with the higher version, i.e., the Oppo F5 it comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera sensor, and it supports f/1.8 aperture. On the front, it carries a 20-megapixel camera sensor which gives f/2.0 aperture.
Under the connectivity, it offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth version 4.2, A-GPS, Micro-USB, USB OTG support, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device is backed by a 3,200mAh battery, and the Oppo F5 runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with ColorOS 3.2 OS.
