With some entry-level specifications and features, Lenovo has launched its brand new tablet named Lenovo Tab 7 Essential. This entry-level tablet has hit the US market. The tablet carries a price tag of $ 79.99. In India, it will be around Rs. 5,200.
Coming to its specifications and features, the device comes with a 7 inch IPS LCD display. It gives 1024 x 600-pixel resolution. Under the hood, the device has a MediaTek MT8167D quad-core processor. It gives clock power of 1.3 GHz. The users will get a 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Talking about its software, the device is running on Android Nougat 7.0.
As it comes with entry-level specifications, the camera is not that much good. The users will get only a 2 MP camera on the rear side and 2MP on the front side. Till now no information has been received yet regarding its battery capacity. However, the company claims that the battery will give up to 20 hours standby time once it gets fully charged. Under the connectivity, the device supports Wi-Fi 802.11 AGN and Bluetooth 4.0. 194.8x102x8.8 are the dimension of the device, and it weighs around 254grams.
This is not the only tab that Lenovo has launched. The company had also launched another mid-level tablet recently in India which carries a price tag of Rs. 9999. With slight higher price than the Lenovo Tan 7 Essential, the device also comes with some better specification that the Tab 7 Essential.
It has a 7 Inch HD display with 1280 x 720p resolution and has a MediaTek 1.3 GHz processor. Along with this, it has a Mali-T729 GPU. It is equipped with 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of ROM. It can be further expanded up to 128 GB using a Micro SD card. On the rear side, it has a 5 MP camera and on the front a 2 MP camera. The device is running on Android 7.0 and backed by a 3500mAh battery.
