Honor Play 6 3GB RAM/32GB Storage Variant Launched at 699 Yuan(~₹6,800), Check Full Specs

Huawei’s subsidiary brand Honor has launched a new variant of the Honor Play 6 with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Initially, the Honor Play 6 with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage was launched by the company in the month of September this year at 599 Yuan which is roughly Rs 5,880. But now, this new Honor Play 6 3GB variant is priced at 699 Yuan which is roughly Rs 6,800.

The pre-orders of the new variant of Honor Play 6 begin today and will continue until tomorrow, November 10. The sale of the new Honor Play 6 3GB variant will start from November 11. The Honor Play 6 measures 143.8 x 72 x 8.85mm and weighs 150 grams. The device features a 5 inch HD display with a 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. The device is powered with a 1.4GHz Quad-Core MediaTek MT6737T processor with Mali-t720 GPU that runs on an older Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS which is wrapped under the company’s own EMUI 4.1. The Honor Play 6 is backed by a 3020mAh battery.  In terms of storage, the new Honor Play 6 variant comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that the user will be able to expand with the help of a microSD card.

In the camera department, the Honor Play 6 comes with an 8 mega pixel camera with f/2.2 aperture on its rear side with dual tone LED flash. In the front, the device sports a 5 mega pixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, 84 degree wide-angle lens for selfies along with LED flash. In terms of connectivity, the Honor Play 6 supports Dual-SIM cards, 4G VoLTE, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The Honor Play 6 also comes with an audio jack and a microUSB port.
