The much awaited smartphone, Honor 7X from Huawei subsidiary brand Honor, was launched in India at en event held in London on Tuesday. Along with the Honor 7X, the Honor View 10 was also announced by the company for global audience. The major highlight of the Honor 7X is its 18:9 aspect ratio display and the dual rear camera set up. The phone will be available for sale via Amazon India starting from December 7. The Honor 7X is launched in two storage options in India, while in China the phone was launched with three storage options which includes the 256GB variant.
The Honor 7X starts at Rs 12,999 in India for the 32GB variant while the 64GB variant is priced at Rs 15,999. Both the variants will be available for sale on 12pm on December 7 via Amazon.in. Customers can register for the phone which is available for registrations for the first flash sale. The phone will be available in Black, Blue and Gold color variants.
Talking about the specifications of the phone, the Honor 7X features a 5.93 inch full HD+ IPS display with 10280 x 2160 pixels resolution. There are minimal bezels up in the front side. The device is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 659 octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz and coupled with 4GB of RAM. In the front, the Honor 7X sports a 8 mega pixel camera while in the front, the device sports a 16 mega pixel and 2 mega pixel dual camera set up with PDAF and an LED flash. The phone also sports a finger print sensor in the rear side. In terms of storage, the device comes with two storage options of 32GB and 64GB in India as mentioned above which is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card.
The other connectivity options in the phone include, 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack and a micro-USB.
