The Google Nexus 6 is all but official, thanks to the numerous leaks popping up for the past few weeks. It is very exciting for most Nexus fans out there, not only because it’s a new Nexus but also because this time Motorola get’s the job and it has impressed many with it’s flagship device Moto X. However, if you are expecting a “Nexus Smartphone” you are in for a disappointment, as Google will be making an entry into the Phablet Zone with the Nexus
The Specifications of the Motorola manufactured Google Nexus 6 are just fabulous, the CPU-Z Screen-Shot attached above clearly lists’s the essentials, making it on par with the Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4. The Nexus 6 will house a 5.9-inch display of 1440 x 2560 pixel (Quad HD) resolution, a quad-core Snapdragon 805 system chip with a clock speed up to 2.7GHz, 2.1MP front and 13MP rear camera’s with optical image stabilization are included too. Apart from those there will be 3GB of RAM, 32/64GB of Built-In Storage and a 3,200mAh Battery unit.
Price & Release Date
According to Mr. Paul O’Brien (MoDaCo founder and recognized mobile tech enthusiast) the Nexus 6 will be Priced around £450. Now for a smartphone with the above mentioned specs, £450 isn’t “too expensive” but considering that the Nexus line has been famous for the Spec-Price combo, it might not make you happy either. The Google Nexus 6 is expected to be official by the end of the month, also the smartphone will be launched in all the regions/countries the Nexus 5 is sold by Google.
