Flipkart is all set to launch its own smartphone ‘Billion Capture Plus’ on November 15. Flipkart had announced about its Billion Brand in the month of July this year and now, it has finally confirmed about the launch of the Billion Capture Plus smartphone. The e-commerce retailer has a dedicated page for the Billion Capture Plus that also confirms about Flipkart launch offers which the company will reveal on the unveiling day.
The company has also confirmed the specifications of the Billion Capture Plus phone. While the price of the 3GB RAM variant will be Rs 10,999, the price for the 4GB variant will be Rs 12,999. As said earlier, the Billion Capture Plus is a part of Flipkart’s private label Billion and he company says that this is a ’Made in India’ phone.
The Billion Capture Plus will feature a 5.5 inch full HD display with 401 PPI and 2.5D Dragontrail glass on top in order to provide an extra protection. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm snapdragon 625 processor that will run on Android Nougat OS. The phone’s major highlight is that it will come with unlimited cloud storage. Flipkart is also promising that the phone will be upgraded to Android Oreo OS soon after the launch.
In the camera front, the billion Capture Plus sports a dual camera set up of 13MP + 13MP in the rear side with Flipkart claims also has a ‘Super Night mode’, ‘Bokeh effect’ as well. On the other hand, the device has a 8MP camera in the front. The smartphone will be backed by a 3,500mAh battery which the company claims will offer ’two days of uninterrupted battery life.’ the smartphone will support Quick Charge that will offer seven hours of battery life with just 15 minutes of charging.
The Billion Capture Plus is available in two storage options of- 3GB RAM+32GB internal storage that is priced at Rs 10,999 while the other is of 4GB RAM+64GB internal storage priced at Rs 12,999. Both of these variants are available in Black and Desert Gold color options. Flipkart will offer discounts on leading Bank debit and credit cards and will also offer no cost EMIs on its Billion Capture Plus smartphone.
