The state-run telecom operator, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has revised its Rs 187 recharge plan with unlimited voice calls on national roaming. BSNL has made these changes in order to compete with other telecom operators in the market such as Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel.
As per the latest report by Telecom Talk, BSNL has revised the Rs 187 plan and is now offering unlimited national roaming calls. However, it may be noted that the unlimited voice calls will be valid only in the circles where the state-run telecom operator has its operations. For those who are unaware, BSNL does not operate and has no services in metro cities like Mumbai and New Delhi. So the BSNL users in the metro cities will be charged as per the standard rates.
Besides offering unlimited voice calls on national roaming, the telecom operator is offering 1GB of mobile data and the users will also get free caller tune service. The BSNL Rs 187 recharge pack is valid for a period of 28 days and its price may vary depending from circles to circles.
The telecom operator is offering Rs 186 recharge plan for its subscribers in Tamil Nadu. This new Rs 186 plan is a part of the company’s promotional offer in which the users will get unlimited local as well STD calls along with 1GB of mobile data per day. The Rs 186 plan is valid for a period of 90 days and is valid from October 21, 2017 to January 2018.
