3rd Developer betas of iOS 11.1, watchOS 4.1 and tvOS 11.1 Now Rolling Out

Just after a week of releasing the second builds, Apple has today released the 3rd developer betas of iOS 11.1, watchOS 4.1 and tvOS 11.1. There are not much of changes in this third build as it consists of minor updates. The 3rd iOS 11.1 beta has been released for iPhone and iPad and includes the return of 3D Touch multitasking app switcher and hundreds of new emoji characters including ‘Woman with Headscarf, Breastfeeding, Bearded Person, Zombie’ and some others. The 3rd beta version of watchOS 4.1 is with Apple Music and Radio streaming.

The iOS 11.1 has a known issue that has something to do with the front camera of the unreleased iPhone X. The other issues have something related with the developer end of things. The watchOS 4.1 beta 3 does seem to include any known issues. But in the last week, one issue has been fixed where there will no longer be a prompt to turn on the iCloud Music Library when the user taps on the add button in Now Playing. There is just one notable issue with the tvOS 11.1 in which the on-screen brightness increases with HDR output. But the Ethernet connectivity issue has been fixed.

So if you are waiting to get this update in your Apple device then you simply join the Apple Public Beta Program. But this program does not include the watchOS update. However if you do not want to enrol in for the beta updates, then you will have to wait for few weeks until the company officially releases the update to the public. People are still looking for the Apple Pay Cash which is recently been in testing. Other than these, the upcoming iOS 11 features in the future include AirPlay 2 and Messages in ICloud.
