On Thursday, Motorola announced the opening of three experiential retail stores ‘Moto Hubs’ in Kolkata in order to strengthen its offline retail presence and providing great customer experience. Previously, Motorola had opened six ‘Moto ‘Hubs’ in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai.
The unique open layout of the Moto Hubs will allow the users to experience and purchase the latest online and offline portfolio of the Motorola products under one roof. The range of products also includes the newly launched Moto X4.
“We have received an overwhelming response from our previously opened ‘Moto Hubs’ in other parts of the country,” Sudhin Mathur, Motorola Mobility India Managing Director, said in a statement. “We will continue to expand our retail presence and enhance customer experience by making our product portfolio accessible and available to them,” he further added.
All the Moto Hub stores comprise of the entire Motorola devices including Moto E4, Moto E4 Plus, Moto C, Moto C Plus, Moto G series as well as the Moto Z series and the Moto MODs along with Motorola accessories like in-ear and on-ear headphones, Moto shells and covers. The newly launched Moto X4 is a smartphone that comes with great features like dual camera with advanced and intelligent camera software, IP68 approved water and dust resistance and Bluetooth audio innovation.
Motorola has been ranked as the third largest smartphone player in India as per the latest IDC report. The company secures nine per cent market share of the total shipments in the July-September 2017 quarter.
As an inaugural offer, the uses can avail 50 per cent discount on Motorola accessories that are purchased along with Motorola smartphone at any of the newly opened Moto Hubs in Kolkata. The three Moto Hub stores are opened at Forum Mall, City Centre in Salt Lake city and Avani Mall in the city of Kolkata.
